Amref International University (AMIU) Fees Structure 2020/2021.

Fee Structure is a document that contains the schedule of tuition fees for the various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Certificate, Diploma Courses offered in the institution and also Amref Int’l Scholarships, etc. The Structure below covers the 2020 Academic Session. Students are hereby advised to confirm their tuition fees before proceeding to make payments.

Note: The fee schedule for every program is established by the Council of Governors and may be raised at the discretion of the Council should economic circumstances in Kenya change.

The Institute reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, fee changes are subject to approval by the Governing Council and we will update it as soon as possible.

AMREF INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY FEES STRUCTURE

Higher Diploma in Community Health

  • Mode of Delivery: E-Learning
  • Duration: 1 year
  • Trimester: March/July/October
  • Tuition: KES 150,000 per trimester

Higher Diploma in Comprehensive Reproductive Health

  • Attendance: Part-time
  • Mode of Delivery: A blend of face-to-face and e-learning model
  • Duration: I year
  • Intake: March and September
  • Tuition:  Full Course: KES 136,000

Diploma in Nursing – upgrading Enrolled Nurse midwives (EN/M) to KRCHN

  • Attendance: Part-time
  • Mode of Delivery: A blend of face-to-face and e-learning model
  • Duration: 2 ½ years
  • Intake: March and September
  • Tuition:
  • EN/M: Full Course Non-Kenyan citizens: KES 226,900
  • Full Course Kenya citizens: KES 184,900

Diploma in Nursing: Pre-service KRCHN Programme (Fresh entry)

  • Attendance: Full-time
  • Mode of Delivery: Face-to-face (resident).
  • Day scholars allowed
  • Duration: 3 ½ years
  • Intakes: March and September
  • Tuition: Full Course: KES 370,900

Diploma in Nursing: upgrading Enrolled Community Health Nurses (ECHN) to KRCHN

  • Attendance: Part-time
  • Mode of Delivery: A blend of face-to-face and e-learning model

Diploma in Community Health Practice (Basic)

  • Mode of Delivery: Full-time Monday to Friday

BSc in Community Health Practice

  • Attendance: Full time /Part-time (Monday to Friday 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm)
  • Duration: 4 years
  • Intakes: January, May, and September
  • Tuition: KES 79,270 per trimester

BSc in Health Systems Management and Development

  • Attendance: Full time /Part time (Monday to Friday 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm)
  • Duration: 4 years
  • Trimester: January/May/September

BSc Nursing in-service

  • Attendance: Part-time (5 week face-to-face session in a 24 week semester)
  • Mode of Delivery: A blend of face-to-face and e-learning model
  • Intakes: March and September
  • Duration: 5 semesters
  • Tuition: Full Course KES 540,500
