Halisi Labs is a young dynamic company with a vision to be Kenya’s leading SME in the next 2 years. We are looking for aggressive, results driven CALL CENTER TEAM LEAD to help us achieve this dream.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Training – train tele sales agent on product, sales techniques, use of CRM
- Sales Strategies – come up with strategies to hit monthly sales targets
- Team Management – ensure teams are performing optimally at all times, discipline is adhered to, teams are well motivated and rewarded
- Reporting – to management on all operations of the call center
- Skills Development – by carrying out refresher trainings, new product training, negotiation and closing skills etc.
- Any other duties assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a call center team lead for 6months and above
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven track record of managing people to a desired objective
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
