Descriptions;

Twiva is an influencer marketing and social commerce Startup that gives MSMEs affordable, efficient, and digital access to markets. This is done by leveraging social media influencers to market and sell MSMEs’ products and services on social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Excellent Photography and Videography skills with a keen knowledge of trends in the industry.
The Creative Assistant reports to the Marketing Team and works collaboratively to produce new creative ideas for company branding, promotional and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure proper administration of studio equipment.
Create/produce high-quality content as a Creative Assistant/Cinematographer for Twiva, its clients, and partners.
Ability to work in a busy ultra-modern studio as well as on-ground shooting such as events.
Efficiency in utilizing a variety of different camera types such as but not limited to DSLR, Mirrorless cameras, Broadcast cameras, etc., as well as employing unique camera techniques.
Skilled in different lighting techniques.
Multitask across multiple MSMEs, Influencers, and Partnership projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success.
Maintaining a great relationship with influencers, creatives, partners, media, and clients.
Creation and maintenance of a comprehensive Video Content Marketing calendar.

Skills and Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Creative Assistant role/Cinematography or any other related field
3-5 years of experience as a cinematographer with a supporting portfolio
Skilled in time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision with a lot of flexibility
Quick adapter, handles pressure well, team player and good communication skills
Excellent photography and videography skills
