Your Role
As Field Operations Team leader, you will provide visibility on fuel quality and logistics activities while ensuring highest HSE standards are maintained.
What You Will Do
- Implement laid down fuel supply chain protocols including health, safety, and quality in conjunction with our fuel partner
- Participate in fuel sampling and testing to ensure fuel supply remains within specification
- Provide daily reports on fuel delivery activities including any incidents
- Provide feedback on the KOKO technology used by the operators and identify areas of improvement
- Monitor in conjunction with the fleet team the performance of company owned Micro tankers
- Assist supervisors in ensuring that the Micro Tanker operators and Quality Marshalls are adhering to quality and safety requirements
- Mentor operators and assistants on existing and tech improvements, KOKO maintenance activities and incident management
- Monitor closely the fuel network and identify areas that need improvement or increased delivery capacities
What You Will Bring To KOKO
- Higher diploma in a technical discipline
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a technical field
- Ability to adapt in a highly technological environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good data analysis skills
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
