TVET HELB Loan First-Time Application Deadline – 2023/2024 – The application deadline has been fixed.
The Higher Education Loan Board (HELB) has officially announced the closing date/ deadline for submitting the HELB First-Time Application forms for 2023/2024 TVET applicants. Interested candidates who have not yet applied can proceed to apply here.

The HELB Application Closing date has been scheduled as follows:-
- HELB Loan Registration/Applications 2023/2024 is expected to close on January 2024.
- The HELB Application Portal is expected to shut down on the same date at 11:59 PM.
NOTE: Applications will not be submitted again once the application portal is closed.
