Follow the steps below to apply for the Jomo Kenyatta University (JKUAT) Tender 2021-2022:

- Select and Download Tender.
Interested and eligible candidates may inspect and obtain Tender Document from the University’s Department of Procurement at JKUAT –Main Campus or download documents from our website: www.jkuat.ac.ke free of charge PPRA portal:supplier.treasury.go.ke. Those who choose to have hard copies will pay Ksh. 1,000 per document in cash or bankers cheque.
All Tenders will be awarded for one year. Renewal for the second year will be subject to satisfactory performance. The Tenderers should stamp and serialize all pages and SHOULD NOT alter the Bid Document which should be sealed with waterproof materials for fumigation purpose after closing to prevent the spread of COVID 19 Virus which will take another 14 days’ quarantine period before opening as per the date indicated above on each tender category.
Sealed Tenders must be accompanied by duly completed forms as specified in the Bid Documents and addressed to:
Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology,
P.O. Box 62000 – 00200,
and placed in the Tender Box at the Department of Procurement JKUAT Main Campus. The documents should be in plain sealed waterproof material indicating the Tender Number, without identifying the sender so as to reach the University not later than the deadline. Bids will be closed immediately thereafter at the Procurement Department and
opened as per the schedule indicated above in the presence of bidders/their representatives who wish to attend.
