About Kenya Coast Polytechnic
Kenya Coast National Polytechnic (KCNP), formerly Mombasa Technical Training Institute (MTTI), is a public Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution. It was established in 1950; then called Coast Technical High School. In 1958, it was renamed Technical High School of Mombasa. Upon the introduction of the 8-4-4 system of education in 1984, it was elevated to a Technical Training Institute and renamed Mombasa Technical Training Institute. In 2016, the institution acquired its National Polytechnic status through Kenya Coast National Polytechnic Order (2016) as published in the Legal Notice No. 88 and in conformity with the TVET Act No. 29 of 2013.
The Management of Kenya Coast Polytechnic Student Portal has enabled the student portal for fresh and returning students of the institution for easy access to academic findings such as Course Registrations, Checking Results, Academic Calendar, Payment of Fees, Admission Status, Admission List, Transcripts, Extra Credit Hour, Exam Timetable, Deferment of Admissions, etc.
