Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing strategy and the execution of plans for existing products.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients and understanding their needs.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales team
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them.
- Oversee digital communication, including the management of social media.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- Strong people management experience, leading teams to follow marketing strategies.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales.
