The management of Northern Maine Community College Admission has released the list of Undergraduate requirements for admission into the institution.

Northern Maine Community College Undergraduate Admission & Requirements

  1. Submit an NMCC application.
  2. Submit official high school transcript and/or HiSET/GED scores.
  3. Request official college transcripts if you have attended other post-secondary schools.
  4. Request SAT or Accuplacer scores if available. Placement testing may be required.
  5. Meet with an Admissions Counselor.
  6. Schedule a Campus Tour!

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

A. Documents

    1. NMCC Application
    2. Provide high school and college transcripts to a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) approved member for evaluation. For more information, visit the NACES website
    3. International Student Certification of Finances Form and Financial Documentation
    4. Official TOEFL Scores (Paper or Internet-Based) – Students from English-speaking countries can have this requirement waived
    5. Placement testing

Once all application requirements are received, an interview will be scheduled with an admissions counselor.

B. I-20

To be issued an I-20 from Northern Maine Community College, international applicants must be accepted to the college as full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours). If you plan to live on campus, a US $100.00 deposit is required to reserve space in the residential complex.
