- Understand the 3PL business domain, its key players, processes, regulations, and pricing models.
- Lead the user research team to plan and execute regular internal and external user research sessions.
- Analyze and present user research findings and develop well-informed service recommendations.
- Develop and rationalize the product roadmap and its expected business value.
- Define the scope of work, budget, and timelines of each planned feature.
- Elaborate customer-centric well-researched features and user stories.
- Produce diagrams and flows to support user stories development.
- Collaborate with designers to develop high-fidelity product prototypes.
- Write and run usability acceptance tests to meet high-quality standards.
- Organize and lead backlog grooming sessions to ensure alignment with the tech team.
- Provide necessary support to other teams to ensure the successful implementation of user stories.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (a master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience as a product owner working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable track record of production-grade products.
- Strong command of verbal and written communication.
- Robust qualitative research skills.
- Sound business acumen.
