RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead IDB and MB completion at initiation phase of the project
- Complete analysis and documentation of the feasibility phase of a project.
- Establish detailed project plans (CPS) defining milestones and timescales and resource requirements for successfully execution of a project
- Lead a project team in the capability and implementation phases of a project, assigning tasks within the team, monitoring progress and performance and reacting to issues arising so as deliver to the plan
- Work closely with local Supply to make sure project implementation is handed over and provide smooth start up
- Escalating if any potential risks to budgets or timing, providing quality of solution and timescales for delivery and propose solutions.
- Identify and lead productivity projects to continuously drive cost reduction in manufacturing operations
