Responsibilities:

  •  Diagnose issues using flowcharts & Bboxx online guides
  •  Replace parts using standard workshop tools
  •  Use Bboxx specific tools to re-programme control units
  •  Use Bboxx software to record repair and refurbishments
  •  Record all spare parts used
  •  Discuss issues with product support
  •  Use a root cause analysis framework to communicate clearly
  •  Regularly tidy the refurbishment area
  •  Make suggestions for processes improvement
  •  Share best practices on how to repair Bboxx products

What we are looking for:

  •  Higher national diploma or diploma in electrical and electronic engineering or any other relevant qualifications.
  •  NITA/ERC T2 certification will be considered as an added advantage
  •  Experience of 1 year in electronics repair (e.g., home appliances)
  •  Problem solving skills and ability to understand new concepts
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft software Possesses a proficiency certificate/ICDL in Microsoft office suite
  •  Resilient to stress with a positive attitude
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
  •  Has good analytical & time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all shops’ performance reports are up to date.
  • To generate periodic quality assurance reports on shops performance trends.
  • To develop proposals based on data for improving processes.
  • To make outbound calls to a set of customers as a survey with the specific goal of improving performance.
  • To develop and present monthly reports on a particular set of products customers detailing findings and recommendations

Description of tasks:

  • Assist in data analysis and trend analysis
  • Provide insights to the business for decision-making based on data.
  • To assist in Portfolio management by reaching out to non-paying customers and developing periodic reports on the same
  • To assist the Portfolio Manager with any other reasonable duties that are required

  • Shop Manager (Wajir)

Responsibilities:

  • General running of the shop.
  • Act as a helpful and informative first point of contact for customers at the shop.
  • Manage stock, petty cash arranges deliveries from Distribution Centre and transfers to Customers.
  • Open and close shop each working day.
  • Manage shop petty cash.
  • Manage shop stock and issue out to Shop Technicians in a timely manner.
  • Attend to clients who seek assistance at the shop (Customer Service).
  • Manage and organize all documents used at the shop based on the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Update and submit Daily Shop Reports.
  • Shop process and Asset management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in any management or administration position.
  • Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A dynamic and positive attitude, excellent organization, coordination, and planning skills.
