Founded in 2004, WYLDE has worked with over 7500 entrepreneurs in cohorts or directly and enabled many of them to grow their businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage own or assigned client relationships/accounts
  • Client Prospecting, contracting and bringing client business on-board
  • Conduct client meetings and workshop facilitation
  • Develop strategies and help clients integrate and operationalize developed strategies
  • Implement internal productivity improvements
  • Develop and adopt consulting tools, techniques and concepts for Wylde clients
  • Facilitate business coaching, formulate recommendations and present the findings to the client
  • Have speaking engagements at least one every two months (as a means of client prospecting)
  • Write and publish thought leadership content
  • Constantly monitor various industry trends and develop solutions based on the trends
  • Manage a team of consultants and analysts; Team mentoring
  • Accountable for strategic growth and commercial success of a division; deliver assigned revenue targets

Person’s Specifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Strategy Development and Business Consulting for SMEs
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of consultants
  • Ability to train and empower others
  • Team management skills and empowerment mind-set
  • Project management skills and advanced research skills
  • Deep understanding of strategy development, larger economic context and Multi-Sector knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
  • A relevant degree from a recognized university
  • Recognized professional certification
  • Competence in planning and administering a project and departmental budget responsibly

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business advisory and analysis support to clients
  • Ensure alignment to clients’ strategy through conducting baseline/assessments
  • Lead market feasibility studies, product development, customer acquisition, and revenue generation
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Analyze and present data to support decision making or assist in problem-solving
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
  • Develop and implement data analyses to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases
  • Support and build data collection methodologies and systems
  • Identify business training needs for clients and develop user-friendly and practical training modules to close the identified needs
  • Identify mentoring and coaching areas for clients and link them with mentors
  • Create consulting progress reports
  • Be the first point of contact to deal with correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • At least 2 years experience working in strategic or management consulting
  • Experience with reporting packages, database is an advantage
  • Knowledge of statistics, and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets essential (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
  • Good understanding of general entrepreneurship concept and strategy development process
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis under limited guidance
  • A relevant degree

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and plans
  • Work with the management team, to set the marketing strategy for the business
  • Manage and oversee performance of the business development and marketing team
  • Manage, maintain relationships with and strengthen partnerships with existing clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaigns and other projects
  • Responsible for the marketing budget to ensure Return on Investment
  • Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database and emails
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Lead the marketing team

Qualifications:

  • Proven marketing experience and expertise

  • Excellent digital literacy and experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Advertising/Search Engine Marketing
  • Ability to confidently administer and manage multiple projects with good prioritization skills
  • Excellent, flexible design skills that reflect and support the existing brand look and feel
