RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Timely, efficiently and accurately perform all Airtel Money Controls to prevent revenue exposure or fraud leakage.
- Ensure all Airtel Money Controls as per RA Activity Universe (daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly) are performed on time, efficiently and accurately as per the define guidelines.
- Ensure all required input data for control performance are available before control execution.
2.Improve Airtel Money processes in order to strengthen Airtel Money control environment
- Identify process weaknesses and gaps and drive corrective action to ensure Airtel Money control environment is strengthened.
- Support CFT in driving business objectives for faster go to market.
- Liaise with CFT to understand the complete architecture, end to end service path and revenue path, perform risk analysis and formulate and validate UAT cases
3.Drive Airtel Money RA Audits
- Drive and support Airtel Money RA Audits to ensure the audit scope is successfully completed.
4.Timely Reporting
- Provide reports to senior management as required on specific assignments, open issues, process correction, incident reporting or any other as communicated from time to time.
5.Automation
- Drive Airtel Money control automation to ensure automated reports / alerts are generated during any spike in transaction trend
6.Effective Change Management and efficient Airtel Money Product Assurance
- Ensure all changes on Airtel Money platforms follow the defined Change Management Process. All changes must be validated in order to ensure first time right delivery.
- All changes must be validated and supporting artifacts kept for reference.
- Perform comprehensive risk analysis and project assessment for major system integrations / roll-outs.
7.Exception Closure
- All exceptions/gaps reported for Airtel Money (either through controls performed or business highlighted risks) should be thoroughly investigated. Exceptions/gaps should be resolved immediately.
8.Business Support
- Extend timely support to business requests including but not limited to reconciliations, refunds, reporting, validations etc.
Academic and Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science or any other related field
- Postgraduate in Data systems & Analysis
- MSc would be an added advantage
- 7 years working experience in related field from Telecoms or Banking Industries
- Strong analytical, technical and reporting skills
- Proficient in querying a large amount of data using SQL queries
- In-depth knowledge of GSM Networks, IN and IT Billing & Provisioning Systems
- Good understanding of data models and various IT platforms/solutions
