Descriptions;

Responsibilities:

• To assist in innovative approaches to conditioning, maintaining and upgrading of the surroundings of the Institute’s buildings.
• To undertake various types of civil engineering/building works under close supervision.
• To advise on issues related to the maintenance and repair of building and generators.
• To assist on plumbing and electricity maintenance.
• To prepare sketches and plans needed for making minor alterations to buildings, plumbing and equipment.
• To design for decorative floriculture plan for land scalping and relevant operations.
• To supervise maintenance and cleaning services at the compound.
• To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Economics, Land Management and Valuation or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
• Must be registered by respective Professional Board as graduate Engineer, Architecture, Valuer, or Quantity Surveyor.
