Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Head of Partnerships (management, hard-line) with technical reporting and accountability to Head of Finance (Dotted line).
- Regularly review and update the finance component of the capacity assessment tool, ensuring it is aligned to relevant Plan International policies.
- Organize training and refresher training on tax, risk management, internal control, Fraud, Financial Project Management,
- Support supportive and collaborative Quarterly Finance and Program Joint monitoring with Partners working closely and in collaboration with Project Accountants.
- Review Partners Financial internal controls to identify weaknesses and share with Head of Partnership for Capacity Development Plan.
- Support project team to Prepare work plan and budget in coordination with Partners.
- Monitor the implementation of Partnership contracts with regards to partnership deliverables li financial requirements for timely and quality reporting.
Qualifications;

- In-depth knowledge of Finance and accounting preferably in Non-profit making organizations.
- A degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- CPA/ ACCA qualification is highly desirable.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the field of accounting and finance.
