- Head of sales and marketing
Responsibilities:
- Experience in the FMCG industry in the sales & marketing function.
- Good understanding of commercial, understands P &L, Costing, Budgeting, ROI, etc.
- Strong relationship orientation
- Exposure to African markets would be an advantage
- Strong orientation in managing teams and have managed large teams in the past.
- Good IT Skills, Microsoft Excel, PPT, and any CRM and Distributor Management system.
- Highly result-oriented and passionate about the business
- Develop and implement the marketing plan for the business.
- Closely work with the Advertising Agency to implement various marketing programs.
- Ability to work in diverse cultures and promote inclusive behaviors.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Masters in Management preferred but not necessary
- A minimum of 15 to 20 years of work experience in Sales with strong experience in the Beverages, FMCG Industry.
- Adequately computer literate in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
