- Senior Research Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees multiple projects, ensuring that the work standards are of high quality, deadlines are met and that projects are completed within budget.
- The role holder is also responsible for day-to-day client liaison in terms of queries and feedback.
Qualifications;
- A relevant University Degree preferably in Social Science
- A minimum of 3 years of continuous experience in Social research at the executive level.
- Solid knowledge of social research services and tools (preferably with an emphasis on quantitative custom research, but having both quantitative and qualitative experience will be an advantage).
- Knowledgeable on industry issues.
- Knowledge and experience in preparing budgets and cost management.
- Exceptional presentation and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SPSS and other survey analysis systems like Quantum.
- Ability to turn data into actionable intelligence/insights.
- Strong research relationships and networks.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong Analytical skills, Training and Delegation skills.
- Good management and supervisory skills.
- Interpersonal skills, good people skills and good organizational skills.
- Self-driven, results-orientated, exceptional initiative and is focused on quality and profit.
- Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with clients.
- Able to work within a multi-cultural environment.
- Understanding of systems and processes.
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure.
