Descriptions;

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that ensure sustained business growth
• Develop relationships at a variety of levels within the prospect customer organization to create an active sales pipeline.
• Client retention strategies and active management of attrition
• Responsible for managing the existing customer base and in addition they will be expected to cross-sell products and services among the existing accounts
• Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts
• Managing and developing contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities.
• Managing social media platforms, developing and executing social media marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Conducting a Door to Door Sales and Marketing on different sites ie: Govt & Private Institutions, Schools, Private Houses, Warehouses, Bars & Restaurants etc
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing/Sales, Business Administration or related field of study
• 3 years of progressive Sales & Marketing experience, Experience in the Private Security Industry is an added advantage
• Field sales experience particularly selling Guarding and Alarm services
• Good knowledge of security services pricing
• Excellent knowledge of winning strategies within the security services industry
• Strong commercial and financial awareness and marketing focus.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proposal and report writing.
