- Senior Technical Advisor
- Lead in-country efforts to mainstream NTD activities into national and district-level health systems.
- Leverage professional understanding, experience, and relationships to partner with national and district-level MOH stakeholders and other public and private sector stakeholders.
- Work with host-country counterparts to identify needs for short-term technical assistance (STTA) to support analysis, planning, advocacy, etc.
- Support implementation of mainstreaming activities, including participatory planning activities, fiscal gap and space analysis, accountability and stakeholder mapping, advocacy and policy development, and relevant activities under fixed amount awards (FAAs).
Qualifications;
- A Master’s degree in public health, international development, public policy, or related field. Master’s degree and 6 years of experience or bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience.
- Minimum of 6 years global and/or in‐country experience in implementation of health systems strengthening programs and/or policy reform preferably addressing cross-sector issues.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing robust HSS programs in a developing country context, with technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: policy reform, service coverage, supply chain management, information systems, workforce alignment, or related areas of HSS.

- Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the COP in all program management aspects of the project.
- Alongside the COP, be responsible for the overall implementation of RTI Tanzania NTD projects in collaboration with MoH, Regional NTD Coordinators, District NTD Coordinators, and other NTD partners.
- Provide technical assistance to the MoH, regions, districts, and grantees in Act | East.
- Travel to regions, districts, and project sites for supportive supervision and other technical assistance for major activities
Coordinate and ensure the completion of annual work plans, semi-annual reports, monthly updates, etc. with the RTI Tanzania team. - Provide oversight to procurement activities including tracking communication and documentation between RTI Tanzania, the MoH, USAID/Tanzania, and RTI HQ
Track and report on programmatic deliverables in coordination with budget forecasting and Workplan timeline.
Qualifications;
- Master’s degree in public health or other relevant disciplines with at least 6 years progressive experience in implementing and leading technical and program activities.
- Ample experience in all aspects of program management: planning, organizing data management, implementing, budgeting and monitoring, and evaluation with analytical skills
Experience working with MoH officials, donor organizations, NGOs, and other agencies. - Knowledge of supply chain management, drug logistics, and distribution issues.
- Demonstrated experience in working with USAID-funded projects.
