Qualifications;

• Master’s degree in either Clinical Administration, Management, Medical Science or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position (Experience in clinical supervision and program management is an added advantage).
• Proficient in budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

• Director of Nursing Service

Qualifications;

• Master’s degree in Nursing and/or Healthcare Administration from a recognized institution.
• A registered nurse by the Nursing Council of Tanzania
• Ability to think critically and adapt to new situations.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in nursing practice and at least 3 years in an administrative/ management role.
• Up to date with policies and regulations in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and IT skills.
• Compassionate leadership qualities
• Adequate experience in critical care and operations management.

Qualifications;

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• A registered nurse by the Nursing Council of Tanzania.
• Holds a valid practicing license.
• Minimum of 5 yrs. experience.
• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Hospital Mgt system is an added advantage.
