University of Massachusetts Lowell Graduate Admission & Requirements
- Chemistry (PhD) and Polymer Science (PhD) Applicants: All required documents must be received by the Office of Graduate Admissions by February 15, to receive full consideration for the upcoming Fall semester acceptance. Applications completed after this date will be considered for acceptance in the subsequent semester.
- Criminology Ph.D. Applicants: Application deadline is February 1 for fall admission.
- Global Studies Ph.D. Applicants: Application deadline is January 1 for fall admission.
- Leadership in Schooling Ed.D Applicants: The Ed.D. is a cohort program that begins each year in May. Applicants are accepted from January to October 15 the year before the start of the program. For Example, you apply in 2022 for admission for the 2023 trimester.
- Pharmaceutical Sciences Ph.D. Applicants: The program accepts applications for Fall admission. The priority deadline is February 15. To be considered for admission, all required documents including transcripts, GRE scores, evaluation reports & letters of recommendation must be received by the deadline. Applications received after the deadline, if there are openings, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Physical Therapy Doctorate Applicants: All required documents including test scores, transcripts & letters of recommendations must be received by the Office of Graduate Admissions by November 1. If not, your application will not be considered.
- Psychology Ph.D. Applicants: Application deadline is January 15 for fall admission. For admission to Fall 2023, the GRE is waived.
