RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy per brand
  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that enable the brand to stand out instore
  • Responsible for Production of point of sale materials i.e promos, new launches etc and ensure seamless and harmonized execution
  • In-charge of the merchandising team i.e set KPIs, performance evaluations, execution reports etc.
  • Develop brands merchandising guidelines in collaboration with the brand managers and ensure implementation of the planogram.
  • Monitor costs and work within budget
  • Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
  • Liaise with suppliers and source elements
  • Adapt brand spatial concept to local distribution constraints. Implement the merchandising solutions for make-up testers units, free access and POS materials, answering local marketing plan needs
  • Co-undertake the conception, development and follow-up of flagship stores with international brand and Zone
  • Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials – Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
  • Recruit, develop and manage his/her team

Requirements

  • Min 5 years’ experience in visual merchandising
  • Relevant Qualification
  • Strong interest in current and future design trends.
  • Exerienced in managing a team of merchandisers and agencies
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills;
  • Engaging and working well with a range of teams;
  • Able to work with constructive criticism, resilient and attentive to detail
  • Above 5 years’ experience in visual merchandising
  • Agile and proactive, requires minimal supervision
  • Passion in beauty and cosmetics
