Responsibilities:
- Program implementation and technical leadership;
- Budgeting and Procurement;
- Program quality, Knowledge Management and Learning- WASH;
- Reporting, Representation, Supervision and Administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering
- 3 years progressive relevant working experience in rural community water projects
- Experience in design and supervision of piped water schemes, infiltration Galleries, Shallow wells, Earth Pans, Sand dams and boreholes
- Experience working in multi-cultural ( particularly pastoralists in Northern Kenya), multi-disciplinary staff will be an advantage.
