Gibela Transport Rail invites motivated, dynamic and recently qualified graduates to apply for a 12 months Graduate Programme. The successful candidates will be based Randjespark, Midrand and travel to other depots.

TSSSA Tooling Engineer Intern
Closing Date: 07 March 2023
Purpose:
- Identify, and supply Tools for maintenance activity
- Co-ordinate the Industrial activities concerning Tools supplied
- Organize, perform and follow-up the validation of these tools
- Ensure availability & performance targets of the tools are achieved in line with Industrial requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- BTech Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- No previous work experience
TSSSA Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern
Closing Date: 07 March 2023
Purpose:
- To provide TSSSA Facilities (Depots and repair centres) with optimum solutions for the industrialisation of new project and warehouse/store/lineside layouts.
- Evaluate the requirements of engineering, operations, support functions and customers leading to the development and implementation of solutions that maximise the tools, systems and resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BTech or BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering

Consignment & Tools Engineering Intern

Purpose:
To communicate delivery schedules (call off) to suppliers based on MRP system requirements and collect on a daily basis their commitments.
Monitor all gaps to anticipate and treat missing parts with key suppliers. Also responsible for all activities pertaining to the parameters review, procurement and materials planning for production.

Purpose:
- Industrialise the manufacturing and maintenance of the product for Manufacturing, Repair centres and Depot Operations, taking into account existing standards & project constraints.
- Create and update the industrial documentation necessary for all production & maintenance.
- Participate to the validation of the production process and manufacturing line, as well as to the validation of the process and workstations for repair and overhauls.
- Train the Industrial teams to the safe & efficient execution of production and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- BTech / BSc in Industrial Engineering
Methods Engineer (LLC and Database) Intern
Closing Date: 13 March 2023
Purpose:
- Industrialise the manufacturing and maintenance of the product for repair centres, taking into account existing standards & project constraints
- Monitor Life Cycle Cost for repair activity
- Contribute to ERP and database in link with engineering breakdown structure and production activity
- OBTAIN (FROM OEM) and update the industrial documentation necessary for all production & maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
Electronic Engineering Intern

Purpose:
- Industrialize the manufacturing and maintenance of the product for Manufacturing, Repair centers and Depot Operations, taking into account existing standards & project constraints.

Purpose:
- Ensure the conformity of the product and to support continuous improvement on quality processes.
- Act swiftly in order to resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate quality related topics with customers and suppliers’ at site level.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma / BTech Degree in either;-
- Quality Management,
- Industrial Engineering,
- Mechanical Engineering or
