Bursary Coverage:

The CGS Bursary covers registration fees, tuition fees, prescribed books, meals, accommodation, research/excursions, and a laptop allowance for first-time recipients. Successful candidates may be required to participate in vocational work during university holidays and fulfill a work-back contract with the CGS after graduation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • South African citizenship
  • Completed Matric with a minimum level 6 in Mathematics and Physical Science
  • Full-time enrollment in a relevant qualification in 2024
  • Studying or registered at a recognized tertiary institution
  • Not currently employed and willing to work for the CGS after graduation
  • Preference given to female students and those living with disabilities
