Makerere University: Reminder to Enroll, Register and Pay Fees for 2023/2024 Academic Year
To all Students,
As you are all aware it’s a requirement that every student of Makerere University must Enroll and Register on AIMS. Enrollment is a free service as well as Registration for continuing students.
In addition, as the semester gets closer to the end, I have noted that a number of students are yet to enroll, register and fully pay fees which are requirements for sitting examinations.
This is, therefore, a reminder to all students (including postgraduates) that no one will be allowed to sit examinations for the end of Semester I 2023/2024 without Enrolling, Registering and Paying fees fully through the AIMS system.
Please ensure that you duly comply with this to avoid repercussions of the deadlines below;
1. 18th October 2022 (end of 10th week) is the deadline for free registration beyond which UGX 50,000 will be the surcharge for late registration.
2. 1st November 2022 (end of 12th week) is the deadline for fees payment beyond which an extra surcharge of 5% on the outstanding balance will be levied.
