KUCCPS 2022 Inter-University Transfer & Change of Course Guide

The Authority of Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has activated the online Inter-University & Change of Course application portal for candidates placed in the KUCCPS 2022 Intake.

The portal is open for KCSE candidates who have been successfully placed to various universities and colleges but wishes to transfer to other universities or candidates who wish to apply for a change of course.

HOW TO APPLY FOR KUCCPS INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER 2022

Follow the steps;

  • Visit: http://student.kuccps.net
  • Click Transfers Tab on Top (Make Payments & Continue with the steps below)
  • Select Programme( Select Programmes code in the inter-university field)

Note: You will be allowed to move to the next stage if you meet the minimum requirements & cutoff.

  • Reasons for Transfer

Select reasons for Transfer; Is it Financial Reasons, Disabilities, etc.  After selecting your reason, attach the document to support your reason & fill the reason for the transfer form.

  • Transfer Payment

Follow the payment procedure that will appear after completing the reason for the transfer.  Pay via Lipa Na Mpesa Paybill and enter the Mpesa Confirmation Code.

The system will validate your payment and the next step will load automatically.

  • Endorsement Or Rejection by Receiving Institution.

The institution which you applied to transfer to (receiving institution) will receive your transfer and endorse or reject.

  • Endorsement By Releasing Institution

Once your transfer has been approved by the receiving institution, the releasing institution will then endorse your transfer.

  • Review By KUCCPS

After being endorsed by both the receiving and the releasing institution, KUCCPS  will be notified that the applicant has been accepted to join the institution that he applied to transfer to and he has been released from the institution that he was initially placed.

  • Transfer Letter

Once your application has been reviewed by KUCCPS and approved then issue a Transfer letter.

In order to be accepted into the Zambia Army, applicants must possess the following:

  • Possession of 14 points and below at Grade 12 level which should contain English, Mathematics, Science and any two subjects.
  • You should be between 18 and 25 years.
  • Must be a Zambia citizen and have a green national registration card.
  • Must not have any criminal record.
  • Applicants must be deemed medically, mentally and physically fit.
  • Possess a height of 5’8 for males and 5’4 for females.
  • Female candidates shouldn’t be pregnant at the time of application
  • Must be a Zambia and posses a green national registration card.

What are the Categories/Qualifications Available in Zambia Army?

The categories and qualifications consist of commissioned and non-commissioned officers.

For Commissioned officers under the Zambia Army Recruitment;

  • They must possess 14 points and below.
  • They have to be 25 years and below for college leavers.
  • 27 years for specialists including engineers, clinic officers, accountants
  • 35 years for medical doctors

NOTE: New and returning students of nursing colleges/ schools in Zambia are advised to review their school fees before proceeding to make payment.

Before the introduction of unified tuition fees, nursing schools and colleges in Zambia had individual fees structure. These fee structures varied, as some of these schools charged students high for tuition, while others charged less. This made the government stepped in and proposed a unified fee structure for nursing colleges and schools in the country.

The government has agreed with the General Nursing Council of Zambia that nursing tuition fees are charged at around K8, 500 per annum.

Health Minister Dr. Chitalu Chilufya said the government was concerned that tuition fees in some nursing schools were as high as K18, 000 per year, which he said was beyond many families.

Other nursing training schools charge tuition fees between K10, 000 and K13,000 per year.

And Dr Chilufya indicated that the decision to harmonize tuition and interview fees was arrived at in consultation with the General Nursing Council of Zambia.

The Minister was speaking when he commissioned the Practicum accommodation facility at Mansa General Hospital in Mansa today.

He added that public nursing training schools would now be required to charge K100 as interview fees from between K250 and K350.

The Ministry of Health targets to recruit 30,000 nurses by 2020, with 20,000 nurses having been recruited so far.

The Practicum facilities commissioned in Mansa and Solwezi General Hospitals have been constructed at a cost of K2.6 million with the support of the Swedish government.

The most affordable DStv package in Kenya is DStv Access. DStv says this offers subscribers the best value for money as it is priced at Ksh 885 giving you access to over 110 channels including local free to air channels.

Some of the channels you can have access to include SuperSport 7, 9, 10 and Blitz, MTV Base, BBC, National Geographic Wild just to name a few.

DStv Family

For a few more channels for the family, you can get the DStv Family package. For this, you should be ready to part with Ksh 1,180 every month and have access to over 120 channels including local free to air ones.
