*Campus housing is available to full-time students. Private room and part-time housing subject to approval by the Student Life Office. Married apartments are $425-$850 per month and based on availability. Apartments are limited.
**The meal plan is required if you are full-time and on campus. If you live off-campus or are taking under 12 credit hours, you are not required to purchase a meal plan. Meal Plan A: 19 meals per week (or 200 meals per semester), Meal Plan B: 14 meals per week (or 165 meals per semester)
Refundable Deposits
The room deposit (for on campus students) is $101, and the mailbox key deposit is $13. These can both get refunded at the end of your time at Northpoint if you meet the requirements.

Health Insurance
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that all students who are enrolled at least 3/4 time and attending a college or university located in Massachusetts, have adequate health insurance coverage. Please contact your health insurance provider for more information.
Northpoint Bible College does provide medical insurance for an annual fee. The student is not required to purchase insurance through Northpoint, but must find a medical insurance provider that will meet the Massachusetts requirements.” The cost for the 2022-2023 academic year is yet to be determined.
