Passes in all four Core subjects and any two Electives relevant to the course.
Diploma
Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations
Passes in all the core subjects i.e. Core English, Core Mathematics

| Office Administration L1 | Grade 12/Grade 11 with 20 points in six (6) subjects with an E symbol in English & Mathematics. |
| Electrical General L1 | Grade 12/Grade 11 with 20 points in six (6) subjects with an E symbol in English, E in Mathematics & Physical Science. |
| ICT Foundation L2 | Grade 12 with 20 points in six (6) subjects with an E in Mathematics and English/ Grade 11 with 20 points in six (6) subjects with an F symbol in English, Mathematics and Science. |
| Wholesale and Retail Operation | Grade 12/Grade 11 with 20 points in six (6) subjects with an E symbol in English, Mathematics or Accounting. |
| Hospitality and Tourism L2 | Grade 10 with 23 points in six (6) subjects with an E symbol in English/Grade 11 with 20 points in six (6) subjects with an F symbol in English, Mathematics and science. |
| Hospitality and Tourism L3 | Hospitality and Tourism Level 2 Certificate/or statement of results. |
| Hospitality and Tourism L4 | Hospitality and Tourism Level 3 Certificate/or statement of results. (New applicants should attach school leaving certificates & Identity documents). |

Nakayale Vocational Training Centre NVTC Application Steps
Follow the steps below to complete the application process:
Step 1: Obtain the Application Form.
Step 2: Obtain the Brochure, and go through it before completing the application form.
Step 3: Once you are done with STEP 2, fill out the application form and attach relevant documents(s)
Step 4: In this step, you are either to forward the application form back to the institution or if you were on the online application portal, you click on ‘submit application’
