A completed personal statement on your reasoning for applying to the school (this portion is within the application)

Your official final high school transcript that certifies the date of high school graduation; or official General Education Diploma (GED)

Official transcripts from all colleges attended, whether credit was earned or not (if applicable)

Two letters of recommendation (by non-family members). This could be from a coach, mentor, boss, supervisor, etc.

A 30-minute interview with an admissions representative.
