The management of the University of Nairobi (UoN) has activated the Staff Portal for Staffs of the University. SMIS Staff Portal is easy, flexible & comfortable to use. UoN advises staff to make good use of the portal.
HOW TO LOGIN TO UoN STAFF SMIS PORTAL
To access the portal, follow the steps below:
- Visit: https://smis.uonbi.ac.ke/staff/index.php
- Enter your Payroll Number(type your Payroll Number eg 12340 for FE10/12340)
- Enter your Password(Use your National ID or Passport No. as your initial password)
- Click on STAFF LOGIN
NOTE: If you are using the NATIONAL ID as your password, you need to change to access DSP Payments. Log on using your Payroll Number without the Department code. Please note the zero at the end.
