Internship Location: Midrand, Gauteng

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To support the Credit team with administrative work in the debtor’s department.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ensure the daily DOH invoice list is received via email and copied into the main report on the S drive.
  • Ensure all original documents are received back from the dispensary and warehouse.
  • Follow up with the relevant departments if documents are not returned.
  • Ensure that documents are correct as per MSD requirements.
  • Update the main control report with all received documents, maintaining 100% accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Communicate outstanding documents to various managers for follow-up.
  • Scan MSD documents to Qdocs.
  • Upload documents on MSD online.
  • Handle communication (telephone and email) with hospitals and MSD for query resolution.
  • Work closely with the Credit Supervisor responsible for the Government sector.
  • Send invoices and PODs.

Education: Formal Qualifications
