Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and competence by combining theory and practice to fulfill engineer responsibilities.
- Complete training in manufacturing techniques, basic maintenance, plant commissioning, and engineering practices.
- Work closely with mentors to achieve agreed engineering objectives necessary for eligibility to write the Government Certificate of Competency as per the OHS Act.
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng in a relevant Engineering discipline
- 60% Academic aggregate
- Completion of the degree within a maximum of 5 years
- Final-year students awaiting their 2023 academic year results may also apply if they meet the above requirements.
- Practical industrial exposure (vacation work) is advantageous.
