After completing the Artisan Skills Programs, candidates who perform exceptionally well (based on technical aptitude and core trade modules) may be invited to enrol onto artisan development learnerships.
Ba-Phalaborwa Communities are invited to apply for the Artisan Aide Skills Program Offered by Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidates will sign a contract with Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd. for a fixed term of three months.
Requirements:
- minimum grade of 12
- Must be a South African citizen who is unemployed and has never participated in a comparable training opportunity previously.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and have a clean criminal record.
- Interviews and pre-screening tests will be required of short-listed candidates.
- To work in whatever capacity, one must be in good health
