  Wednesday     22 January 2023 Normal Registration Begins – Payment of tuition fees, enrollment on courses, Invoicing, etc.
Monday – Wednesday 03 – 05 February Supplementary/Deferred Exams for December 2019 Exam Session
Friday 07 February Last day of normal registration (all students should have registered before or on this date except those awaiting deferred examination results)
Monday 10 February
  • Classes begin
  • Late registration begins (penalty fee K500 to be paid)
Thursday 13 February at 14:30 hrs Supplementary/Deferred Examination Results released
Monday to Friday 24 – 28 February   Assignments issued to students
Monday 24 February Last day for student registration (two weeks from commencement of classes)
Monday – Friday 09 – 13 March Assignments due for submission through the E-Learning portal (students to check for specific dates on the portal)
Monday – Thursday 6 – 9 April Distribution of student evaluation forms and student liaison meetings
Friday 9 April Feedback to Assignments due
Saturday 11 April ODeL Residential School begins
