Job Summary:
A hotel based in Nairobi, South C is looking to hire skilled and highly qualified chefs for an inhouse restaurant.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field
- Knowledge in costing and menu planning
- Experience in buffet set up and presentation
- Passionate about producing fresh and delicious food.
- Hardworking and self-driven
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Must be professional and have a positive attitude
- Must have knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible timings
