Completed online application and $50.00 non-refundable application fee (we are no longer accepting new applications for fall 2022)

A completed online application can be submitted without required documentation being added. You will get a link to your status page where you can upload required documentation at another time.

College-level Transcripts*

Applicants must provide transcripts from any and all colleges/universities attended in the past where college credit is received. Any college coursework or degree obtained overseas will need to be evaluated for US equivalency.

*Official Transcripts can be sent electronically to [email protected] from your previous institution or they can be mailed in a sealed envelope to:

Letters of Recommendation

Within the application, there is a section where applicants enter their contact information for their recommenders. Letters of recommendation must come electronically through the application portal.
