General Manager Job at AURA

Responsibilities:

• Understand the local market dynamics and determine the strategy to succeed; using data to advocate for your strategy within the business
• Build and manage a team of smart and passionate people across operations, sales, customer success in order to achieve KPIs
• Effectively operate a tech platform with physical operations in a dynamic city environment
• Develop impactful local marketing strategies to generate growth at a corporate customer and end-user level
• Grow, nurture and manage engagement and quality of AURA’s network of response service providers
• Maintain and improve upon AURA’s service levels – ensuring availability and reliability
• Ownership and management of the entire P&L with a view on building a sustainable business over the long term
• Represent AURA at local events and local news media

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of management-level experience in consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations is required
• Master’s/MBA degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, Social Sciences, Law or similar field
• Data-driven decision mentality, sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
• Stellar problem-solving skills with a get sh*t done mindset and entrepreneurial.
