IHSU has two academic intakes per year; August Intake and January Intake for undergraduate applicants.
IHSU Application Forms
- Prospective students should CLICK HERE to download the undergraduate application form.
- Prospective students should CLICK HERE to download the postgraduate application form.
Note: The following items/documents are to be attached to the completed application form upon submission;
- Certified copies of O and A-Level (UCE, UACE) Certificates, Degree certificates and transcripts or their equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Letters of recommendation or reference (Academic or Professional)
- Identification & Passport Photo
- National ID or Passport & 2 passport size photographs, not more than 6 months old.
All application forms and attached documents should be submitted to the Admissions Office of the school.
