Kwame Nkrumah University GRZ Student Loan Application 2023/2024 Application Form Download & How To Apply.

The management of Kwame Nkrumah University invites applications from Students accepted into degree programmes in the 2023/2024 intakes to apply for HELSB GRZ Student Loan.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants should be:

1. A Zambian with a green National Registration Card.
2. A school leaver admitted to Kwame Nkrumah University.
3. A school leaver who has completed grade 12.
4. 24 years or below by December 2021.

NON- ELIGIBILITY

All non-school leavers are not eligible to apply.

How To Apply

Applicants Should submit:

• Application letter for a Student Loan
• Photocopy of University/College admission letter
• Photocopy of Grade 12 statement of Results/Certificate certified by Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ)
• Photocopy of applicant’s and Parent’s/Guardian’s National Registration Card
• Two (2) recent passport size photos of the applicant
• An application form obtained from the HELSB office. Rural applicants need not include this form but will be expected to complete it at the time of registration
• Any other documents in support of the application.

NOTE: The loans are limited and applicants will apply for spa specific level of support i.e:

• Tuition fees
• Accommodation fees
• Book allowance
• Research or project Allowance.

NOTE: HELSB reserves the right to determine the level of loan support to be awarded. Loans will be awarded according to the HELSB’s financial capacity and, therefore, admission into a university or college does not necessarily guarantee the applicant a student loan. The student loan is not transferable from one University to another. Therefore, students wishing to apply for the loan should be clear in their application.
