Project Manager at Mwaneli Investments Limited
Mwaneli Investments Limited is a Construction Company registered with the National Council for Construction(NCC) and the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ).
We now seek the Services of a Project Manager to manage our recently engaged Project. The Engineer shall oversee the management of the Contract, Planning and Site Organisation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree holder in Civil Engineering or Building Science/Quantity Surveying
- Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia and current holder of ERB 2020 Certificate
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing contracts and 3 years specific experience in Building Construction Industry
- Knowledge in Civil engineering principles, practices, methods and managing personnel
- Must be able to monitor progress, report and ensure conformance to design specification and safety standards.
