Telkom is a technology company that provides integrated solutions to individuals, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Government and large corporates in Kenya, drawing from a diverse solutions suite that includes voice, data/connectivity, digital financial services, as well as network services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned projects within the agreed customer contractual agreement.
  • Order and manage the required technical project stock within the financial budget limits of the assigned projects
  • Provide feedback concerning financial variances on assigned project budgets and project inventory
  • Contribute to the cost saving initiatives of the company
  • Ensure correct billing against agreed customer contractual agreement for the assigned projects
  • Ensure customer satisfaction within the agreed implementation schedule and project billing initiated accordingly
  • Represent the company at customer project implementation steering committees
  • Ensure the resolution of customer and internal project issues
  • Provide regular project progress to the customer
  • Lead, coordinate and monitor projects tasks up to billing and ensure proper hand over to post-sales management
  • Track project progress and provide management reporting
  • Ensure the quality of project management execution and provide guidance on continuous improvement of project processes
  • Coordinate the stakeholders’ involvement across the project lifecycle
  • Ensure the compliance to policies and procedures to support governance and risk management
  • Ensure availability of required stock and provide projections of stock levels to the Sales Enablement team
  • Provide information concerning own training needs and support training interventions
  • Take responsibility for self-development through self-study, identification of learning opportunities
  • Embark on a continuous learning drive to stay abreast with best practice in Telecoms and related industries
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the Telkom products and services, policies and procedures to ensure a consistent delivery of sales and sales message to all customers

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of work experience.
