StarTimes Media is a well-recognized pay TV provider with over 9 million subscribers worldwide, founded in 1988 with headquarters in Beijing.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide in-depth insight into Kenyan consumption and acquisition market and do required research on products, competitors and customer needs.
  • Advise on required Content and play part in strategic planning acquisition, improvement and marketing.
  • Managing content marketing budget of certain titles.
  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
  • Recommending content promotional platform utilization based on research with a view to maximum outcome.
  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.

Education/Experience:

  • Relevant First Degree from accredited University/College.
  • Conversant with Kenyan TV Market, Content and Production processes
  • Should have strong analytical and report writing skills.
  • Possess excellent communication, punctuality and self-discipline attributes.
  • Should be self-driven to deliver as per given your KPI.
