RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to the sales team while handling enquires, tracking sales, daily and weekly and monthly  sales reports
  • Handle day to day operations of the business while working closely with the managing director in overseeing all operational activities of the business
  • Assist with timely preparation of business tenders, quotations and proposals
  • Supporting business development activities & operations while ensuring efficiency and compliance of company polices
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients while identifying new business
  • Maintaining and updating client database and contracts
  • Tracking sales, invoices and follow up on payments
  • Ensure compliance to the set SOPs with the clients on board
  • Manage and solve staff challenges in the various branches

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations in a supervisory role
  • Good in planning, organizing and coordinating
  • Highly organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • A team player with good people management and supervisory skills of 500 plus staff
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good in analysis, performance management and report writing skills
  • Problem solver and quick to think on your feet
  • Previous working experience in security protocols and HR procedures will be an added advantage
  • Availability/ Flexibility to work/Be on call 24hrs
  • Have a positive attitude and be self-driven
  • Salary Budget Ksh 40,000 plus commission
