Responsibilities:
- Implement new modules, maintain and update Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Prophix.
- Develop accounting reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Prophix.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Dynamics 365 related support requests.
- Modify system packages and modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Prophix.
- Query M-KOPA’s data using SQL to provide relevant data requested.
- Assist the Finance team in checking the integrity of the data in the AR file and other data-based reports.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize and improve business processes using technology and data.
- Train staff on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 366.
- Create training manuals as well as documentation of enhancements and module releases of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree.
- CPA or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills;
- Experience implementing and managing ERP preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with reporting tools e.g., PowerBI, Prophix
- Excellent Excel ability.
- Not afraid to take on complicated systems.
- A finance and operation background is necessary.
- Extensive knowledge of organization processes and business models.
- Excited to deeply understand the inner workings of the tools you use.
- Push through hard problems without giving up.
- Can communicate clearly with colleagues who work, speak and think differently.
