St Mary’s Catholic Primary School is part of Bishop Wilkinson  Catholic Education Trust, a family of 5 secondary schools and 32 primary schools from across Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham, and Northumberland, in the west of the Diocese. The Trust will expand to 37 schools by the end of 2021 and reach a total of 48 schools by 2022.

We Are Looking To Appoint Someone Who Has:

  • Experience in delivering whole class and group teaching.
  • A successful track record of working with children.
  • Experience in working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Experience in working across Key Stages.
  • Essential Qualifications: HLTA Status; English and Maths GCSE grade C or above.
