Descriptions;

Responsibilities:

To ensure that all shops’ performance reports are up to date.
To generate periodic quality assurance reports on shops performance trends.
To develop proposals based on data for improving processes.
To make outbound calls to a set of customers as a survey with the specific goal of improving performance.
To develop and present monthly reports on a particular set of products customers detailing findings and recommendations

Description of tasks:

Assist in data analysis and trend analysis
Provide insights to the business for decision-making based on data.
To assist in Portfolio management by reaching out to non-paying customers and developing periodic reports on the same
To assist the Portfolio Manager with any other reasonable duties that are required

Ideal Candidate’s Profile

Data analysis background. Excel skills mandatory
SQL Skill added advantage
