Responsibilities:

Research and Planning: Conduct research and proper planning to support the implementation of the organization’s risk management and compliance processes:

Risk Management: Proactive engagement in the risk management activities including:

Compliance Reviews, Assessments and Audits: Proactively manage compliance activities in the organization that result in early addressing responses.:

Capacity Building: Contribute towards building a culture of risk and compliance awareness and appreciation:

Qualifications and Education:

• Degree Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related
• Professional qualification in ACCA/CPA/CFA/ Actuarial Science
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable medium to large organization
• Excellent grasp of ERM principles and philosophy
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
• Experience in business risk analysis and management
• Previous experience of working in donor-funded projects.
• Languages: French, local African languages
