Responsibilities:
- Support Program staff in making cash payments for meetings and workshops.
- Consolidation of Mpesa payments for uploading on the finance system.
- Preparation of payment templates for both invoices and Mpesa payments.
- Petty cash management.
- Maintaining well updated and accessible finance files.
- Assisting in following up and reconciliation of program advances.
Requirements:
Qualifications;
- A Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field with a minimum of second class, upper division.
- Minimum KCSE overall grade of B+, with a B+ in Mathematics and English.
- A professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA will be an added advantage (At least CPA Part I or II).
- Excellent excel skills.
- Good analytical and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a Kenyan citizen or eligible to work in Kenya.
